The X Subscription is rolling out to everyone globally since 12 Oct. The Grok Bot app has no published regional restriction, but tagging @bot on X is not yet available for accounts based in the UK, the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Australia (xAI docs, updated 7 Oct).

Card details and passwords sit in an encrypted vault Hark says even it cannot see inside. EU card rules were written for a person approving a payment, not software.
